Partial refund is 50% of the broken items or 100 % exchange broken items.
One of the two options is possible only if the event of breakage after shipping.
We can not provide you with a full refund, we are only offering the partial refund.
Partial compensation occurs only in the event of breakage backdrops after transportation.
You have 24 hours after receipt of your order, that would like to notify us of the damage during shipping. Photos of the damaged photo background (or any other product) must be made in a semi-open our original package. This is necessary so that we ensure that the product has not been damaged during your use.
You have 24 hours to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, the product must be returned unopened in its original packaging. Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for incorrectly placed orders.
If you received a damaged product, please please email us at email@example.com. If the product was damaged during shipment, please kindly send us 1 photo of the original packaging and 1 (or more) photo of the damaged product once you have opened the package. We will refund the amount only on the basis of this evidence. This is also the only way that we can return to the carrier and refund you.
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items returned back to the sender, and we will pay a fine of $50 in his post-office in our country. After which a Refunds and sending other backdrops will be impossible. Please keep this in mind.
That is why please 1) You have to pick up your package with backdrops for 30 days.
2) You must correctly write your shipping address before ordering.
